Recruitment Target: Individuals worldwide who love peace and are committed to cross-cultural communication
Job Responsibilities:
1.Promote cultural exchange and understanding between different countries and ethnicities;
2.organize or participate in regional peace-themed activities (forums, art exhibitions, public welfare projects, etc.);
3.disseminate the concept of peace through online and offline channels, advocate for non-violent communication;
4.assist in mediating cultural conflicts between communities or groups, and promote social harmony.
Job Requirements:
1.Location: No restrictions on nationality and residence, must be familiar with local culture and have an international perspective;
2.Age Range: No limit (you can easily participate in various activities.);
3.Professional Background: Students, educators, social workers, artists, and media practitioners are preferred;
4.Specialty Skills:
*Language Ability: Proficient in at least two languages (including English);
*Communication Skills: Good at public speaking, negotiation, or cross-cultural dialogue;
*Arts/Technical Expertise: Such as photography, writing, music, digital media, etc. (can assist in cultural dissemination);
5.Personal Interests: Attention to international affairs, love of travel, voluntary service, historical research, or folk culture;
6.Cultural Identity: Respect for multiculturalism, recognition of the idea of 'unity in diversity', and opposition to any form of discrimination and violence.
Preferred Conditions
✅ Experience as an international volunteer, working with NGOs, or studying abroad;
✅ Proficiency in minority languages or dialects;
✅ Influential on social media platforms, skilled in content creation;
✅ Participation in conflict mediation or humanitarian projects.
